We use enquiry details only to respond to you about LeadMexia. Account and workspace data is used to operate the platform for your organisation.
Company data separation
Each organisation's leads, team members and activity are stored in an isolated workspace and enforced at the database level. Another organisation cannot access your records.
Data sharing
We do not sell your information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the platform, such as hosting, database and email delivery providers.
Retention
We keep enquiry and account information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you have shared by contacting us through the contact page.
